Jacob was excellent and very professional. We did not have to contact him by WhatsApp to confirm we were going to attend the tour. Yesterday we arrived as planned for the tour “Hidden masterpieces of Rome” with Eugenio and he did not show up !!!! There were about 10 people waiting and we were very disappointed and angry. One of the men in the group rang Eugenio and he said he was at home and that he received no confirmation from anyone that they would come for the tour- totally untrue. I sent an email that I would attend and when I arrived I sent an email stating “Here now” Eugenio is very unprofessional- he should not be a tour guide- he could have come to us - even if he was late- we would have waited 1 hour for him but no- he was too lazy to do that ! I have done a lot of guru walks in different countries and they are always very good and this is first time a tour guide did not show up- very poor !!

We had a lovely tour with Jacopo! He was extraordinary informative with a lot of humour induced that did not make it very boring and lecture like. Would 100% recommend to people wanting to understand the legacies of Rome.

We really enjoyed this tour. Lots of great art history info and excellent selection of sites. We learned quite a bit about the history of baroque architecture and churches in Rome and Italy. The list of recommendations was also very much appreciated. We tried the vegetarian place right near Piazza Navona. It was excellent. Thank you for a great tour.
