We booked a tour with David who told us all about the darker history of specific places and people in Rome. We were lucky that it ended up being a small group, because David had the time to tell us even more fun facts on the way in between. He's a really good presenter, we never once got bored listening to him. He had a very captivating, lively, humorous way of telling stories and we had a fantastic time on the tour, even though we were really exhausted from walking all day. Thank you, David :)

I absolutely loved this tour! I've do quite a few other free walking tours, and this one is one of the top! Obviously because of Jacopo! Hé doesn't only know he's stuff, he's super passionate and can detour (depending on the questions) easily while tying it back into the story he's telling. Clear, factual and funny. AWESOME!

This tour was more the story of the rise and fall of the Romans. Enjoyed it, learned a lot. This evening tour was more tolerable as far as the heat

We taken lots of Guru walking tours before and they are often much better than expected. Although our guide was professional and friendly, we felt the stops and the information (in Trastevere in particular) lacked something.
