What Our Guests Say

Iacopo (Jacob) was outstanding. I took so many of these tours throughout the years but his knowledge of art and history is simply exceptional. He’ll Shoot facts and context out at any question you may have. Fully recommended!!

My friend and I enjoyed this tour so much! We’re both artists and were looking for a tour with a little more focus on art history and this one surpassed every expectation! Our tour guide was informative and funny. We would both recommend ✨

Ivan was full of fascinating and blood curdling information and stores. He also had a dark sense of humour to lighten the mood now and again. Highly recommended! I’m a Guru guide in London and know how tough it can be at times but Ivan coped with and cared for a big group excellently!

It was a great experience

I wasn't quite sure what to expect but the guide was brilliant in every way and introduced us to a part of Rome's history we didn't know we were interested in!

It was amazing highly recommend

This tour was a total gem! Aside from Max’s witty sense of humour we visited some amazing paintings. Our guide was an expert story teller with vast amounts of knowledge who took us through a journey of the painter’s life in an insightful, funny and humane approach . Highly enjoyable tour!

We took the tour with Max and it was exciting and fun. Even our teenage boys enjoyed it. Iformation was interesting, presentated in a good tempo with great sence of humor! Tour was for us above expectations, we're definitely recommend it.

It was a very special and exciting experience. I fully recommend this tour to those who want to experience more than the famous landmarks and sites of Rome.

Max presented the life and paintings of Caravaggio in a most entertaining and absorbing style. So glad we had the opportunity to spend a couple hours on a tour in Roma with Max and see masterpieces of Caravaggio in different church locations that would be difficult to do on my own, but also to have the subject matter come alive with such style!

Max was amazing! He provided a lot of information with enthusiasm and it was fascinating listening to him. We had a great time! This tour is highly recommended

Tour was interesting and had nice details in it that illustrated the stories and drew a bigger picture and understanding. Really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

Max is funny, professional and passionate. I really liked this tour even though I didn't know much about Carravaggio beforehand (I learned a lot!)
