The tour was exceptional! Not your usual tour as it was more about the people over the centuries how they influenced the city. Simone our tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I really appreciated that he was involving the group and the tour and took everyone’s need into consideration. I definitely can recommend the tour!

I had an amazing experience on this tour! Our guide, Jacopo, was incredibly passionate about sharing the history of the Eternal City, which made the tour both engaging and insightful. I also really appreciated the unique perspective this tour offered—it was refreshing and gave me a deeper understanding of Rome beyond the usual highlights. But the real gem was Jacopo’s list of recommendations, which turned out to be incredibly handy. Every single suggestion I tried was spot on. Jacoba was a really nice, funny and knowledgeable person. He showed us a few hidden places and led us through paths that we wouldn't otherwise be able to go through as a tourist. There was a 10 minute break at the Trevi Fountain to explore the place. Recommended if you are interested in the history of Rome and its families.

I thoroughly enjoyed The Families Who Made Rome tour with Jacopo as my guide. His impressive knowledge of the Baroque period in Rome made the tour exceptionally fascinating. When I think of Rome, I usually associate it with ancient history, but Jacopo showed me a completely different side of the city: hidden gems and captivating stories I would have never discovered on my own.
