It was awesome!!

The tour was great. Max inspired us all and was very funny, had incredibly deep knowledge and made the tour very eventful. Equipped with a monocle, we have been in the footsteps of Caravaggio and thus discovered Rome and incredible highlights of the city. Thank you Max. We will be back and then book a tour with you again!

Max made the ghost & mystery tour come alive!!!!! We had a fair size group and it was extremely organized and planned out. The selected time of 9pm is perfect as the city descends under its cloak of darkness. Fact or fiction? I’ll never tell. Maybe Max will tell. You’ll just have to take the tour. Ciao ciao

Excellent tour. We all enjoyed it. Possibly a bit grown up for the kids, but Max did a great job of tailoring the tour to suit. Was very personable, and made the experience feel like a group, rather than just a tour.

Max is a very kind guy who shows interest for every person of the group.. Every time he stopped he was looking for everybody to be there to start talking.. He had a very good accent and he knew a lot of information for each point we stopped! He is very funny and friendly! I highly recommend him.. 😊

Muy divertido. Varios relatos sobre el lado oscuro de la ciudad contados con interés y pasión por Max. Los relatos son bastante explícitos, yo fui con mi hija de 7 y temí que no durmiera esa noche. Max nos advirtió debidamente antes de empezar y me hacía señales para que la alejara en las partes más duras. Gran experiencia, muy recomendable para fans de las historias de terror.

While I normally dont care for ghost or mystery tours, I was convinced to book this one because of the great reviews. Indeed, Max did not dissapoint. The tour was overall great, well thought out and very interesting. Max was charismatic, funny and knowledgable. I would definitely reccomend this tour to anyone.

Great tour very interesting

Fantastic tour, Max kept the tour captivating throughout and it finished with an unexpected plot twist. Great way to start our visit to this city and allowed us to visit some places we most likely wouldn’t have :)

Max is a wonderful tour guide. Very interesting and funny. He knows the information he presents extremely well and makes the tour enjoyable, even during this heat wave. I highly recommend his tours.

We weren't a large group. 3 bookings. That can usually scupper the mood. But, Max was at his professional best and didn't let that bother him as he delivered an engaging walk. Go for it, walkers. Who killed Caravaggio indeed?

Great tour! Giving you a different perspective of all the “regular” stories you may know about Rome. We had a lovely time and would recommend this tour!

If you expect a tour of ghost in Rome then this is not the right tour for you. What you will get is the dark history about part of Rome. Max is a great storyteller that interact well with his group.
