He had a lot of interesting info about the sites we visited, and it was really fun to hear stories about the more darker sides of the middle ages and more recent times in Rome while walking in the dark. The guide was good and very friendly! Would recommend.

It was just right. Max was clear and his English was good. Funny and full of stories. The theme was interesting and the atmosphere with the rain was just right for the stories about ghosts and demons. Highly recommended!

Definitely a recommendation. Max is a great storyteller and 1,5 hours were gone so fast. It is another side of Rome besides the typical sightseeing spots. We liked it a lot!

Wow this was AMAZING! Max is a super fun host, the stories and the way of telling them was just marvellous. He is a real professional. I've taken a couple of dozens free walking tours and this one was probably the best. Super fun, was sad when the tour was over.
Terrific tour with Max! Surprising, amazing, interesting and even funny taking into accounts the stories we learned. A different way to know Roman history and culture, I highly recommend it.
