Max is a wonderful guide! I work at a university in Rome and enjoyed his tour so much that I brought my students with me the next week. Not only was the tour entertaining, but it was extremely informative. Helped us learn more about our city and we had fun doing it.

If you are looking for something different to do in Rome we recommend this tour. Max is a great story teller and it was a lot of fun to do a tour at night. You might not look at renting a Airbnb the same way again.

The tour was about some macabre and eery events that happened in the history of Rome. Despite the seriousness of them, Max brought these stories across in a very humorous way which made the tour very entertaining and amusing. Very good tour to finish a day packed with information about the history of Rome. My full recommendation!

An interesting, different tour from the ones you’re used to. Absolute recommendations, Max has great style and expression of telling scary stories that have shaped Rome's past bring you things you won't find on any travel brochure.

If you are looking for some history and gore combined - this is the tour for you. Max was very ptofesional and knowledgable, as well as a great storyteller. You couldnt see the city quit the same afterwards, bewarned!

The tour is great. Max has an amazing energy and is very enthusiastic when he is telling his stories. I had particularly a group that did not participate much so it was not as fun as I thought it would be. An alternative way to walk the city!
