Very interesting tour, and a fun tour guide! The stories are based on real historical people and events and we learnt quite a lot while also being very entertained! We would definitely recommend the tour (just not for kids - because of the sometimes intense and bloody details).

Max was extremely entertaining. At first, we thought he was exaggerating some of the stores, as they were so engaging. But after further research, he did an outstanding job of finding true and interesting facts about Rome. Highly recommend!

Max was very funny and delivered some great descriptive stories from the history of Rome and some rather gruesome tales! Would really recommend the tour if you want something different than your usual history tour.

Max is a great guide and extremely entertaining. I highly recommend this tour if you are near the Vatican or the Campo dei Fiori.

Max managed to attract to this tour many people. Though he absolutely succeeded in holding everyone’s attention by telling us mysterious stories with a fine sauce of funny jokes and personal experience. Just loved it. Highly recommend 👍
