Superb tour. Don't miss it. Yakob is a professional and his passion for art history comes across clearly. The places we visited, the real art we saw in the original locations, the quality or content and the humor was excellent. One of the best walks I've been to in Rome and probably some other cities as well. Well done.

The tour was so much fun! We learned a lot and Ivan was very entertaining and informative through out the tour - we very much felt creeped out (in a good way) with the fantastic stories! Ivan was also helpful to share some other recommendations and what not about Rome after the tour. Definitely recommend!

High quality tour. Wasn't exactly what we expected as the tour wasn't limited too, but did more focus on the Baroque period. In saying this, as advertised it did talk about the major players in creating the city as we now know it. We knew little about either coming in, but left feeling thoroughly satisfied with what we learnt & understood the relevance of what we learnt to better understand the history of the city. Jacobo was a great guide, very passionate, knowledgeable and got the info across clearly, as well as having good personality and humour to keep it interesting. He answered all our questions with ease and there was a good flow to the tour. Added an extra layer to the big tourist attractions and showed us cool parts of the city we wouldn't have found otherwise. Would 100% recommend.

Found the tour fun. It was nice to see the city also in the dark. The stories offered some new insights into life back then. Ivan was great and made the tour enjoyable with his humour. Would recommend if you're looking for something different.
