What Our Guests Say

Joey is a passionate and fun guide who knows and breathes Rome's culture, art and secrets. Wow, what a treat! Our Rome adventure became unforgettable because of Joey's tour. We learned a lot and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you!

What an exceptional tour based around the concept of a mystery with a wonderful reveal at the end. The guide loves what he does and is a fascinating story teller. I thoroughly enjoyed coming along for the ride. Recommended highly to anyone keen to learn something new

Fantastic tour and the guide Joey is extraordinary. Fun with a great sense of humor and very knowledgeable. A must do tour to see the other side of the coin. Not suitable for religious people, as dome topics are sensitive. We really enjoyed it! Thank you.

Joey was engaging and well researched. Great tour!!

Wenn diese Tour, dann mir Joey. Danke für die unkomplizierte Buchung und die schnelle Bestätigung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Easily ABSOLUTELY THE BEST tour that I’ve ever been! Perfectly planned and crafted, interesting, very informative and thrilling! Simply unique style to show Rome’s hidden gems and spots by telling the story about the whole different thing - Caravaggios life - how he was interacting with the famous people around and the city itself. The guide was whole another level of storytelling, very artistic, passionate, funny and cool! The way he was talking about the artist and his art was fascinating even if you have never heard of Caravaggio. So, it’s not your typical, basic city tour that you can see everywhere but it’s another piece of art itself! Amazing work!

Consiglio assolutamente ✨

Such an excellent guide. He was completely engaging and related the story to present day.

This was awesome and mouth-dropping. This is kind of tour when the guide tells you THE STORIES and not just boring facts while guiding you through the remarkable places related to the stories. I was captivated during the whole tour and time flew but very quickly while we were told a fascinating story of Carravagio life.

Bellissimo!

Tour was incredible. Maksim went above & beyond our expectations. Thank you for a memorable & engaging introduction to Rome 🙏🏻💀

Excellent tour guide. Plenty places to have a seat and listen.

Max made this tour an incredible experience for our first time in Rome. We were all encapsulated by the rich, and at times scandalous stories, as we toured around the historic sights. We also loved the not so obvious sights Max included and were grateful for his tips on places to eat and see post tour. Overall it was a fantastic tour

That was fun, I can recommend this tour if you want to discover unusual stories about central Rome and it’s dark history

That was great trip! The only bad thing in it was that it could have been longer :) Max was an excellent guide. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this tour for the darker side of Rome that I did not expect!

Fun and bloody stories. Very expressive and humorous guide!

Amazing tour full of cool facts and things I would have never guessed about Rome!

Great experience! A very different way to explore Rome!
