Our guide Simone was excellent - even with a relatively large group of 30 he managed to keep us together but also convey his story. He had the perfect blend of dark humour and historical fact. I would recommend him for a personal tour (we got him for two tours), his knowledge and command of English was superb

Very useful tour to get a history of Rome and see a range of sites!

It was a wonderful tour. The guru was very friendly, attentive, responsive, professional and charming. It was not just a regular tour telling about the history of the sights. The guru told us lots of interesting information about the great families, who contributed to the development and grandiosity of Rome. It was also exciting to get to know some secrets the mighty of these world had. I would highly recommend this tour!

It was a great experience to roam Rome and find out about its families background. Simone was an excellent guide. He was funny, witty and knew what to say and when to say it. There were moments when it seemed rushed I certain sites and too long in others. But overall it was an awesome walking tour.

Definitely not just your standard tour of Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon, although you get to see those too. Lots of information about the old families of Rome presented in a very entertaining way.

The guide was very informative and knowledgeable and we were able to visit some places not normally accessible to the public. We have done some walking tours previously and would recommend it for anyone who is visiting somewhere for the first time.
