Glad we took the tour it we loved the info and the diferent aproach of the narrative.
Iacobo was a chilled host, very well informed and teached us ALOT about Rome and its most influential families.
Simone is a knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic and entertaining guide. The experience shows places that I wouldn’t have otherwise visited, provided interesting, quirky facets of Italian history that I was unaware of, told in an engaging and interesting way. Thank you Simone, highly recommend this tour experience 😊
Jacob is a great tour guide with a unique sense of humor :) definitely recommend!

Es war sehr informativ und spannend gestaltet!
A terrific tour. Well worth taking
Great tour!
Jacob brought us to many historical and beautiful places that I wouldn’t have seen on my own. He kept the group together well. It was easy to hear him. Fantastic tour.
Great tour, very entertaining, knowledgeable guide, we would love to take other tours guided by Jacopo !
Excellent tour highly recommended
Jacob was entertaining, expert in his topic, well organised, safety conscious and fun
Max knew a lot of interesting information and shared it with a good sense of humor. Very good
Very good, entertaining and informative. Our guide Jacobo(Jacob) spoke VERY clearly and fluently with a charming Italian accent too!! Would recommend
Highly recommend the Guru walking tour..Max was a great guide and full of plenty of juicy information about rome. Also very helpful in recommending local eateries for lunch. Highly recommend
We enjoyed the tour around Rome and Max shared so many interesting information with us! Would definitely recommend.
Simon sitting us in the sun facing the sun for your introduction on bright sunny hot day seems a bit cruel. The guide said he was cold, but that shouldn’t dictate how you position your group. Spending the first hour out of a total of 2 hours in one church is too much with an excessive amount of minutiae. The Colona family isn’t worth spending over an hour talking about. There’s so much to see in Rome, why blow it all in one church and cemetery? No interaction with his group. Need to liven it up and decrease the seriousness. I’m only trying to be honest after taking many paid and unpaid tours over the years.
Nice guide
Interesting tour that walked us through different events in Rome's history and the important families or people that were involved in those - feuds, rivalries, unlikely alliances, etc. It was educational and quite interactive.
Jacob was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of Rome and was able to make the subject interesting and informative at the same time. We visited several churches, which were off the beaten track, as well as the Trevi Fountain and the Piazza Navona. Only negative comment was that it was an extremely large group, of forty people and it was difficult to hear what was being said at times.
