We had a great time solving the mystery of Caravaggio. Our guide was awesome, very knowledgeable, funny and passionate about the painter. Both our teenagers loved the tour. I highly recommend it. A fun way to learn about Rome in the 17th century.

This is the second tour we have done with Joey and once again he has over delivered. What a unique experience which was first and foremost informative and interesting but also entertaining and a total blast! It was an easy choice to go with another tour from Joey as we knew he would be amazing (he truly brings his all) and I wouldn't be surprised if we tried to squeeze in a third tour with him before we leave!

Best tour ever!

24 countries, 60+ walking tours and I can honestly say this is the most fun I've ever had on a walking tour. I knew nothing of Caravaggio before I started this event, and Joey sets the stage brilliantly before taking you on a wild ride through the rise and fall of this unique individual. A must see, I recommend it to everyone visiting Rome.

We loved this tour, we got so much new information, we came to places we had never considered to be so interesting, the end was surprising because we all think we know who killed Carravagio.

Fun tour that gave a lot of information without being difficult to understand for people without an art history background. Lovely to be able to see the art in its original setting as it was intended to be seen.

The „Murder Mystery Tour of Rome: Who killed Caravaggio?“ is very informative, but the guide does the tour in a very funny and entertaining way and offers a critical approach to the Ancient Rome based on the life of Michelangelo Merisi alias Caravaggio. Highly recommended!

A different approach to the classic tour of the monument of the city, really interesting because we follow a story and we can imagine the life at the time of Caravaggio. Thank you !
