Great tour, covering the life of Caravaggio and at the same time providing historical context and info about Rome in the 1500/1600. You don't need to be passionate about arts and paintings to enjoy the tour, but trust me at the end you'll defo be able to recognize a Caravaggio when you see one. Max delivers a very engaging and fun tour, boyfriend and I strongly recommend it :) 5/5

Fun. Especially great if you love Caravaggio. Max was a fun guide.
Max is awesome. A true class act, clearly very knowledgeable, and an excellent guide. He found seamless ways to work humor, mystery and intrigue into our tour. It was unforgettable in the best ways. We not only saw some of the most amazing piazzas and basilicas of Rome, but we also went on a journey and discovered the culture and history though the incredible life of Caravaggio. If you don’t know who that is- trust me, he is worth learning about and his artwork is amazing. Bravo, Max. Highly, highly recommended.
Max has a very insightful knowledge about the life of Caravaggio. Even if you dont know who Caravaggio is you will leave the tour with a lot of information on his life and art. Max makes the tour really fun. Highly recommend it as a unique tour experience!
It was beutiful journey, almost felt like we really met the spirit of Caravaggio. The guide really knows the story behind the main route. He gives a lot of small but special details containing city story that suports the main narative of the tour. My partner not a big fan of art history enjoyed the tour and after mentioned that maybe Caravaggio will be his first favourit artists. There was a lot of coming inside the diferent churches where you can closely explore the paintings in their natural interiors, as well get warmer in chilled winter evening in Rome. We recomend tour 100% even of you are not a big fan of XVI - XVII century art.
Max was amazing, very knowledgable and funny, it was an extremely enjoyable and informative 2 hours - don't miss this!
Very entertaining and enjoyable tour. I recommend it 100%.
