What our guests say

I liked the tour, it is different from other ones. But you have to know, what you are booking. It's in parts about murderers and death. It is no tour for children!

Interessante Tour mit verrückten Informationen und einen anderen Erleben von Rom

Joey did a great job telling the stories, connecting them together to make it cohesive, and taking us to unique locations in the city. Was both gruesome and fun!

Fantastic tour! Perfect thing if you don’t want to bar hop and want to explore the city at night while actually learning cool information. Best tour guide I’ve ever had and I actually feel like I remember what he said!! Really funny and great storytelling and stage presence! Highly highly recommend a huge highlight of the trip

A very enjoyable and educational tour. The tour exposes the bad events that happened in Rome and teaches its sad history but in a light and humorous way. It is highly recommended!

It was our first experience with guru walk, and we can highly recommend - very interesting stories, friendly atmosphere and great tour guide Joey.

what an interesting tour! honestly didnt know what to expect but whatever subconscious expectations i might have had, they were certainly surpassed. i liked that we were split into smaller groups, with each having their own guide - made it super easy to actually understand the guide and feeling included (rather than being 1 lost sheep in a huge crowd) which reminds me: thanks a bunch to joey for telling the stories in a respectful manner while keeping it fun, entertaining and educational; hes a great storyteller! he also made an extra effort to talk to people between locations which i thought was really nice 😊 keep it up!

Joey was a great storyteller. The stories were entertaining for young and old. A different way of discovering the city.

Excellent tour. Some super interesting stories and insights into the history of Rome and the church. The tour guide (Joey) was excellent and very personable.

Great tour and great guide!

Mysterious but funny tour at the same time, a mix well executed!!!!

É um tour diferente, legal para conhecer curiosidades que não encontramos apenas em pesquisas do Google ou em outros walking tours. O Leo foi um ótimo guia, cheio de energia e ótimo contador de histórias.

Hands down one of the best tours I’ve ever been to! Max was so funny and the information was entertaining and spooky! Totally recommend!

Leo did a great job. Very immersive and funny. Connected dots throughout that really brought parts of the city alive. He was witty and even showed us things not necessarily part of the tour (ie restaurant locations and cafe recommendations). The information provided about the tour specific was great and explained with personality rather than forced like a robot. I recommend this tour 100%.

Our guide was not Max. Sorry I don't remember his name but he was an awesome story teller. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. My 14 year old grand daughter actually took her ear buds out and listened with great interest to the whole tour. High praise indeed!

Very educational and fun! Truly enjoyed this tour.

Max es muy profesional. Transmite la información con íncreible pasión, detalle y dinamismo. La interacción con el grupo es inmejorable, uma experiencia muy amena. Gracias Max!

If you love to hear some different and special stories this is your tour!
