I’ve been to a lot of free tours but I must say, this one was the friendliest and overall the best I have ever attended. Max’s English is perfect and he has very catchy voice. You just want to listen to him with an open mouth and absorb all the information given to you.

Max is a knowledgeable tour guide that likes to joke a lot and make small talk with everyone. He also knows a lot about the history of Rome so if you have questions unrelated to the tour subject matter, he can answer those too.

10/10 would recommend! Get to hear about the dark underbelly of Roman history and it’s juicy and bloody. Max kept the group highly entertained and he was funny!
