This is a must do tour! Jacopo's passion for art history illuminated the energy of the entire tour. Everyone stayed immersed the whole time, and I felt that I learned extremely interesting information about not only art history, but as well as the culture of the time. It felt like I was transported back in time! A 10/10 recommedation!

We've done a previous predictable Rome walking tour so wanted to try something a little bit different this time, and that's what we got! Jacob, or Jacob or Jack made the two hours fly past with interesting anecdotes and even more interesting information about the artist! It's a story that would make a great Netflix boxset; art, sex, religion, violence and death! Want to know whi killed Carravaggio then take this tour because Jacobo knows!

Great tour with an amazing tour guide!. The intresting story about the life and work of Caravaggio packed with a lot of humour and everyday life parallels. Great tour not only for art lovers but for everybody because the life story of Caravaggio is a story of intrigues, crime, liasions etc.! Highly recommend!

This was the second tour we got with Jakobo, and we couldn't be more happy about it. The theme itself it very interesting and our guide made it even greater as Jakobo is a talented storyteller. Totally recommended

Jakob (Jacob) was a breath of fresh air. He kept my whole family engaged, all different ages and interests. He left us with an exceptionally unique and eye opening experience. He awakened our interest in art and history. His style of presentation was remarkable. He kept our attention the entire time beginning to end despite a few funny and peculiar distractions in the area. We would highly recommend this tour to others and will look for him in future tour opportunities.

Jacob was a great guide. He was even able to keep two teenage boys entertained. We recommend going on a few guru walks when on vacation.

Jacob was so engaging! He was funny, and had so much information to share. You can tell he has a love for art, and art history. The tour was a lovely balance of history, as well as murder mystery. We learned SO much!!

Max gave maximum fun and maximum performance! Lots of interesting info and juicy stories about Caravaggio. Even if one does not know much about the hero artist, it is still a fun tour to join and to discover Rome. 5 stars for Max!
