What Our Guests Say

This was of the best walking tours I've ever had! Entertaining, with humour and packed with info that provided much context on what shaped Rome to be the city it is today. As part of the tour, we visited a couple of churches and was amazed by the details provided to us ; I wouldn't pay attention had not been someone to walk me through what I was seeing. It was a nice touch that they "updated" the tour to include some info on the conclave, given the recent death of Pope Francis. Our tour guide, Iran, was fantastic! I could listen to her for hours!

Takes you thought a brief but entertaining story of the Roman empire. Recommended.

Maxim was very knowledgeable. Led us through the history of Rome with a dash of humour and entertainment. Very kind. Highly recommended

Good tour, the guide has a good sense of humor and was a very good story teller when talking about all the historical events!

Best walking tour!

When you take a tour as we did you will not be disappointed. The impassioned knowledge of our host was a great experience. This was our first Guruwalk and definitely not our last.

I had a pleasure of attending the tour guided by Jacopo. He was very engaged even though it was his third trip that day. It was really the best we could have asked for. Great job Jacopo, introducing us to the history of ancient Rome!

Very good tour. It was informative and fun. Regrettably, my sister left at the beginning of the tour due to stairs, so avoid this tour if you cannot climb or go down stairs. The guide was very knowledgeable and has some good stories about ancient Rome.

Super informative and entertaining walk. Highly recommended!

Really informative and great for true crime fans or want to hear the gritty, more gory side of history.

This tour was absolutely fantastic!! Jacopo was an incredible guide, providing so much interesting information while still keeping it entertaining. The pace of the tour was great, not too fast or slow, and the stops were amazing. Jacopo was beyond knowledgeable, personable, and friendly and he truly made the tour perfect!

Excelente tour, buena info.
