Really impressed with Ivan. We did two tours with him in Rome and loved both of them.

From prostitutes posing as the Virgin Mary to murders fuelled by lead poisoning, the tour took us through the dark life of baroque’s bad boy: Caravaggio. It also shed light on the underworld of early modern Roman life, of which Caravaggio was an active participant; a world that inspired his art. The tour was informative, enjoyable, and most importantly, worthwhile. Our guide, Ivan, was excellent, poking fun and exposing both the light and the dark of one of history’s greatest artists.

Our guide was super informative! Seeing Rome at night was also very interesting Certainly got a history lesson ! The tour was a bit long as you were standing all the time but definitely worth it !

Ivan was exceedingly knowledgeable of the subject of the tour. He was passionate and for my second time in Rome gave me a different perspective of Rome. Absolutely loved it!!

We enjoyed the walking tour of Jewish Ghetto & Trastevere. Ivan was very knowledgeable. The tour was interesting and fun. Ivan was really kind and attentive to all participants. He made sure to give us time for questions at every stop.

I highly recommend this tour, even for those who barely recognise the name Caravaggio (and for partners who aren’t into art history at all). Our guide, Jacopo, made the story come to life with humour and history entwined.

Simone was very knowledgeable & an interesting guide. We unfortunately had to leave the tour slightly early as my kids were exhausted after a very long day. Rome at night is beautiful - would recommend this tour!

A very vivide tour, done by a true professionel guide. Jacobo combines both very deep knowledge and the ability to transport complex information in an easy way.

This was by far the best walking tour I have taken through the Guru app. Very informative and the guide was very conscious of keeping the group together and safe from the cars in the narrow streets. He was loud enough for all to hear.

Despite a little drizzle, Simon, our tour guide was ablaze with passion. He had excellent English, expressed information with a real appreciation of the history, and was very thoughtful in his guidance for everyone. A brilliant way to experience the city at night once it all slows down.
