The walk was fantastic! Were had a tour planned for the Roman Forum, but it was cancelled due to a tragic death of a member of the Forum staff… RIP… We booked this tour at the last minute as a replacement. It was great! We met up with Simone and the tour took us to several areas… explaining the history of the Roman Empire in great details and relating it to the areas we were visiting. He was knowledgeable, friendly, animated, enthusiastic… what more could you ask? It was a great experience… thank you so much Simone!

Christian was incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about the tour. Great English and articulation without any mic in busy spots. He gave the tour in a great chronological order which made it much easier to make sense of. Constantly checked in if we had questions and added humour and storytelling to the facts to keep us engaged. A very interesting tour with a very thorough guide! Would recommend!

We had a very informative and entertaining tour with Christian. The early evening time slot worked well as it was cooler and with less crowds so we could hear him well.

Iris was a fantastic guide and the tour itself was wonderful! She shared stories of political intrigue, murder, how successive popes rose to power, and how all of these machinations can be seen today in the buildings in and around Rome! She was warm and approachable and encouraged questions. I had a fantastic time!

I had a lot of fun discovering the dark mysteries of Rome. David spoke with a loud and clear voice and provided us with a handful of interesting stories.

There was so much to see at St Peter's and it was very busy but Christian was able to select a variety of aspects of the basilica to keep the tour interesting. He was very knowledgeable about the subject.

Ivan was very professional handling a very political topic -the Jews. I liked that he came out in the beginning that this is not about politics but the facts from history and that he is not advocating any position

Ivan took us into Caravaggio's world and Rome in the 17h century. It was educational, entertaining and an exceptional experience. I can recommend this tour for everyone! You will learn about the city, walk the streets and churches with a different perspective and have a good laugh!

Spannendes Walking Tour. Es lohnt sich jedoch bereits die geschichte einwenig zu kennen vor dem Start. Es sind viele Infos/Daten und es geht schnell. Die Gruppe war meiner Meinung viel zu gross. Es waren ca. 30 Personen.
